The event kicked off with an inspiring speech from CEO Denis Li, who reflected on a milestone year of remarkable growth for WellCare. In 2024, the total policy volume surged by an impressive 300% year-over-year, while Loss Ratios were exceptionally well managed—most below 60%, and some even under 20%.
Denis shared a bold vision for the future: Continued expansion through recruiting branch partners; Upgraded weekly training for both Personal and Commercial Lines; Company-wide orientation programs to enhance efficiency and collaboration; A customized “Entrepreneur Program” for branch partners to elevate both vision and capability. Denis emphasized: “Perspective shapes the future. WellCare is built not just for success, but for purpose.”
He also reaffirmed WellCare’s long-standing commitment to community impact, highlighting sponsorships for the Oakville Range Youth Hockey Team, and support for an abandoned infant suffering from epilepsy. “We believe giving back is not just a responsibility—it’s our mission.”
