July 18 was pure magic — sunshine on point, laughter everywhere, and good vibes all around!
Our much-loved annual bash — the WellCare Summer BBQ & Team Building Day — went off with a bang! Employees, their families, and kiddos came together outdoors to hit pause on the daily grind and dive into sunshine, scrumptious eats, and tons of games.
This wasn’t just team building — it was a full-on WellCare summer festival!
🍽️ BBQ Feast · Food So Good, Even Bystanders Were Drooling
We served up a mouthwatering spread that kept everyone coming back for more (juicy leg of lamb, beef & lamb skewers, fresh seafood, plus crisp seasonal veggies and fruits). Even nearby visitors couldn’t help but peek with envy!
Basking in the sunshine, everyone gathered round, chatting not about work but life, dreams, and just kicking back — like the coziest work-family reunion ever.
🔥 Game On! Five Team Challenges That Had Us Laughing & High-Fiving Nonstop
• 💪 Tug-of-war brought out everyone’s inner beast!
• 🤝 Water bottle relay was chaotic but totally synced — double the fun!
• 🏃 Back-to-back standing challenge? Pure team magic!
• 🌀 Hula hoop relay gave off total Olympic vibes!
• 😂 Balloon walk? Let’s just say we formed a “snake army” of laughs!
From silly to seriously fun, everyone was all in — playing hard and cracking up even harder.
Team building day = sports meet variety show meet happiness overload! ✨
Kids ran wild with giggles; adults gave it their all. By the end, energy was spent, and friendships were stronger than ever!

Our outdoor wellness zone was a total hit!
🚣♂️ Folks cruised the lake in kayaks, feeling the breeze and letting their worries drift away.
🧘♀️ Yoga on the grass had everyone stretching, breathing, and recharging — laughter and calm vibes filled the air.
Bonus fun: our awesome cosers jumped in, lighting up the scene with extra cuteness and energy!
